The wine is de-alcoholized via vacuum distillation, which removes the alcohol under extremely low pressure and temperature, thereby preserving the nuances of aroma and flavor. The ‘Zero Point Five’ pinot noir is clean and fresh, with notes of red cherries, red currants, and black pepper alongside a well-integrated tannin structure and nearly-dry finish. Sustainably grown.
