Refund policy
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us at hello@wearestarterculture.com with your order number.
Perishable items including fresh cheese and charcuterie cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Tasting event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. If we cancel an event, a full refund will be issued.
