Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made through wearestarterculture.com, operated by Babu Restaurants Ltd.

Orders
By placing an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices without notice.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Perishable goods
Fresh and perishable items are sent at your own risk during periods of extreme weather. We recommend someone is available to receive delivery.

Tasting events
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. You must be 18 or over to attend. We reserve the right to cancel events and will issue full refunds if we do so.

Alcohol
You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol. By placing an order containing alcohol you confirm you are of legal age.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
