Produced by Bodegas Baron in South West Spain, this Pedro Ximinez sherry was chosen by the Leith Export Co. 

Made by drying out the already sweet Pedro Ximenez grape on mats in the sun to give a decadent viscous syrupy treat. Tastes like pure raisin juice.PX sherry is pure decadence in a bottle. Perfect neat, with cheese or over ice cream. 

Incredibly rich flavours of raisins, figs and prunes, with deep, beguiling aromas of coffee and chocolate on the nose.
