Hebridean Blue 100g - Spicy, salty and creamy. Hebridean Blue is one of Scotland's most iconic cheeses. It is affectionately called a ‘gum burner’.

Howgate Scottish Brie - Howgate Brie is a soft and fresh cheese matured on wooden shelves for somewhere between 5 to 7 weeks.  Best eaten whilst the cheese is still young and light, with a slightly firmer core and the beginnings of ripening at the outer edge.
