Cheese Tip of the Month
Let your cheese come to room temperature before serving. Cold cheese tends to be less flavourful and has a firmer texture. Allow it to sit out for 30 to 60 minutes before serving, depending on the type. This helps bring out its full flavour profile and makes it easier to slice or spread. Plus, it enhances the creamy textures of cheeses like Brie or Camembert!
This little step can make a big difference in your cheese experience, whether you're pairing it with wine, crackers, or fruit.
