Made from 85% Lambrusco Salamino and 15% Ancellotta, the grapes used for this Lambrusco are harvested by hand, in order to carefully select only the best bunches. Those perfectly formed and in perfect condition. After all, for this wine, which is undoubtedly the most traditional one produced by the Correggio-based company, care is never too much. Made using the classic Chharmat method in an autoclave at a low temperature, this sparkling wine appears in the glass with a beautiful intense and impenetrable red colour, with clear violet reflections. The nose reveals a rich and vinous bouquet, in which hints of red and dark fruits such as black cherry, cherry and wild berries are easily recognisable. In the mouth it enjoys a great structure. It is well balanced and has a long, lingering finish. Paired with the classic tortellino in brodo, it invites you to have a repeat performance. Better to always have a second bottle ready.

Located in the heart of the Lambrusco region Vitivinicola Fangareggi specialize in making lambrusco from vineyard to bottle. They farm organically.
