Made from an equal blend of Cinsault and Pais. This wine has an honest charm about it with a lovely minty lift coming from the Pais and a soft almost herbal component coming from the Cinsault. This is a great everyday drinking wine, and the perfect foil for a BBQ or pizza night. Delve a little deeper and there are layers of hidden flavours, from forest floor, to dried herbs and beyond.
