Reblochon

Washed rind cheese with a nutty, soft centre.
Made in the Alpine region of Savoy, it has its own AOC. Used to make the dish ‘tartiflette’ made with potatoes, Reblochon cheese, lardons and onions. This now popular dish was originally created to promote the sales of Reblochon cheese.
