Orkney 11 Year Old Single Malt

This single malt is a marriage of just three ex-oloroso sherry butts, which have imparted a sweet and fruity character to the heather, honey and smoked character of the whisky.

There are aromas of freshly cut ginger, smoked cinnamon and dark chocolate on the nose, leading to notes of toasted walnuts, charred oak and honeysuckle on the palate.
