Half Flower Marie - A delicate little artisan cheese made from unpasteurised sheep’s milk by Kevin and Alison Blunt on Greenacres Farm. Incredibly soft in texture, with an almost fudgy taste, combined with rich and floral notes. 

100g Alp Blossom - Celebrating the diversity of the Austrian Alpine flora this cheese is dressed in a mixture of organic, dried edible flowers (rose petals, calendula, lavender and cornflowers) and herbs grown in the surrounding Alpine meadows.

100g Young Buck - An outstanding, recent, raw-milk blue cheese from Northern Ireland.  An interesting take on an ancient blue cheese recipe, Young Buck cheese is traditionally-made and hand-ladled to produce a rich, lingering flavour.

Miller's Buttermilk Crackers - Creamy, buttery wafers. The one and only pantry essential. Hexagonal wafers made with stone-ground flour, milled with English butter and buttermilk. A perfect accompaniment for any of our cheeses, and an all-round crowd-pleaser.
