Il Lupo Sangiovese - 

Diversitas Sangiovese is made from 100% Sangiovese grape. 

The Intense ruby-red color with violet undertones.

The scent has aromas of ripe blackcurrants, blackberries and some spices. The scent has aromas of ripe blackcurrants, blackberries and some spices. Bouquet of ripe red fruit.

The taste shows juicy ripe black fruit with a light spiciness. The taste of the wine is full, rich and soft with a pleasant tannin content. Rich in fruit, lively, elegantly framed by oak spices.

Poco do Lobo -

Color grenade. Intense aroma, with notes of black, balsamic, aniseed and vegetable berries (pepper) characteristic of the caste. It has a smooth and creamy attack, a moderate acidity and beautiful gustatory persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, and with light cheese like Vacherin, Montagnolo Affine

A great Sparkling Red Wine. Serve slightly chilled from the fridge. We personally only put in for 20-30 minutes, as not to over chill the wine and kill the great sophisticated tones in this Sparkling wine. A great show stopper.

Edelzwicker Vin D'Alsace -

This wine is a delicious and complete white blend with delicate green fruit flavours, plenty of fleshy texture and a light, refreshing and savoury finish. Brilliant with delicate and aromatic cheeses like Brillat Savarin and Alp Blossom.

Widely regarded as one of the best co-operatives in the world, Cave de Turckheim is situated to the north west of Colmar in Alsace. Michel Lihrmann has been the senior winemaker for over 25 years and his style of dryer wines has been a huge hit, expressing the wonderful breadth of the Alsatian terroir and grape varieties while pushing pure fruit flavours to the fore.
