Black Bean Rayu

It's Salty Funky and Hot. 

Chinese Black Bean form the base of this Rāyu.  Mixed with infused chilli and warming spices like star ainse & cinnamon. A little goes along way. 

PS. It's also Michel Roux's desert island ingredient,
