This is an intensely rich and creamy blue cheese with a deep, lingering, complex flavour.

Stilton can only be made in the counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Colston Bassett Stilton is considered to be the best. Made by a dairy that has been making cheese since 1913.
