Primadonna Gouda
COW, PASTEURISED, HOLLAND
A combination of hard, salty Parmesan and sweet, soft Gouda, with a distinct salted caramel aftertaste. As it ages it develops lactic crystals –which appear as small white dots throughout the cheese. These provide a subtle crunch and saline hit.
