Tasting notes: The Pomelado is a perfect introduction to orange wines, complex and fleshy without being too out there or funky! Made from Sauvignon Blanc macerated on the skins for 14-days, it has lots of spice and citrus peel notes, alongside a more savoury almond character. The finish is fresh and crisp, reminiscent of pink grapefruit. This is really delicious with Mediterranean food. Lovely with goats cheese.
