Elements of Islay Cask Edit

Elements of Islay Cask Edit is a sophisticated yet easy-drinking blended malt whisky designed for mixing.

It is a composition, or edit, of refill bourbon and sherry casks sourced from two iconic Islay distilleries – one from the north, and one from the south.

On the nose, it offers vanilla smoke, wood spice and freshly baked croissants, unfolding to flavours of coffee, sugared almonds and white chocolate, with a lightly smoked, sweet finish. Woody caramel opens the way for fresh almond croissants and robust roasted coffee beans. A dusting of pebbly petrichor mingles with earthen vanilla and distant bonfire smoke.

Cask Edit is great neat or on the rocks and it really shines in a whisky highball.
