Wild & Wilder, founded by well-renowned winemakers Giles Cooke MW & Fergal Tynan MW, pride themselves on not taking wine too seriously. With Tabula Rasa, their aim is to draw a line under the snootiness and snobbery sometimes associated with old school wine and start afresh. Its unorthodox bottle is meant to be a nod to craft beer, seeing itself as a modern ‘craft wine’ take on tradition.

Unlike the #V18R, all four grape varieties that make up the #V18R come from the same single vineyard.

This wine goes through a complex vinification in order to make a deliciously simple wine. Each grape is hand-picked, foot-crushed, drained, and put through a two-stage fermentation process.
