Lovely minerally, crisp white from Crete. Classic citrus with just a hint of stone fruit on the nose, minerally and crisp on the palate, with a touch more roundness than some of the super intensely minerally Santorini examples.

Great with fish, grilled vegetable dishes, risotto's etc.
