200g BRIE DE MEAUX (unpasteurized)
This famous brie has a milky, rich taste, underlined by sweet and buttery flavours. ‘Brie de Meaux’ is a protected name and must come from the small area of Meaux in France and be made from unpasteurised milk.

200g BLACK BOMBER (pasteurized)
Extra mature, rich, smooth and creamy cheddar containing salt crystals. Award winning cheese from Snowdonia in Wales.

200g FOURME DAMBERT (unpasteurized)
Fourme d’Ambert is one of France’s oldest cheeses. Flavors are smooth, forward and very balanced. There are distinct notes of butter and cream that complement the spicy blue mold.
