Blood of Jupiter is a self-proclaimed blend of the ‘Super Tuscan’ and the ‘Super Australia’ - this wine’s intent is to pay respect to European Heritage of it’s grapes while also paving the way for local expression.

The taste:
● Has been described as ‘The Manhattan of wines’ with flavours of Maraschino cherries, whisky style oak, chewy tannins and black olives
● This wine has a big, full mouth with a lengthy complex finish


Wine-producer Alpha Box & Dice (AB&D) have embarked on an ‘Alphabet of wine.’ Each ‘letter’ embodies an individual winemaking project. Their end goal is the creation of a complete collection of wines that both celebrates the diverse styles found in South Australia’s famous wine regions and champions the region’s alternative - particularly Mediterranean - varieties.

Aged cheese like Pecorino, Parmesan, and Gouda
Strong, washed rinds like Epoisses and Langres
