Made in Fife. Korean fermented cabbage with added spice and hints (or more) of garlic and ginger.

The product is raw and unpasteurised and the live probiotic cultures in it will continue to ferment - some angry hissing and fizzing is to be expected.

Due to lack of stabilising additives, the product needs to be refrigerated.
