Abernethy Black Garlic Butter

Made by Allison and Will Abernethy in Northern Ireland. This butter is handmade from local cream, lovingly churned and patted into rolls, to give a luxurious creamy taste.

Garlic is fermented for two weeks to caramelise it and then added to the rich, creamy butter, giving a subtle sweetness. Great on everything.
