The wines of Château Ollieux Romanis are a must-taste in the Languedoc region and have always been able to make a name for themselves both as actors in the evolution of the wines of the South of France and as protectors of ancestral knowledge and practices. At the Château des Ollieux Romanis they do much more than produce wine. They have sheep, pigs, donkeys, a vegetable garden.

The label was designed by the Vigneron’s young son Hippolyte, who is often to be found amongst the vines. The name translates from Occitan as ‘the little wine that is the little child of the little child Hippolyte.’ (Hippolyte is a character of Greek Mythology).
