This orange catarratto came from a 30 year old organically farmed vineyard at 600m, on the northern face of Monte Bonifato. It spends 15 days on skins before 6 months’ rest in stainless. Pouring a hazy orange hue, this textural white streams apricot fuzz, peach pit, acacia blossoms along a grippy, tight palate, with ample saline energy from the site
