Big full ripe fruit flavours with good acidity cutting through on the long finish.


A negociant wine, Imogen and Robin source the grapes from a grower friend in Sabran in the northern Gard.

In cellar they destem the bunches and pass them to stainless steel tanks where they macerate on skins for 8 days.

During this time they don't do any punch down or pump over, to ensure that extraction is kept to a minimum and the wine remains as fresh as possible.
